Job Overview
PlanetArt is looking for a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to support the company’s growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end development of cross-functional reports/dashboards used by a diverse set of teams across the company. This position requires a strong understanding of business and mktg. data as well as the ability to create and maintain dashboards communicating KPIs and other analytics to an executive audience. As a BI analyst, you must be willing to collaborate cross-functionally to understand data requirements and assist with designing analytics solutions and strategies to support business objectives.
PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must be local to or willing to relocate to Calabasas as we operate on a hybrid work model consisting of three days in office per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) with the option of working remotely two days (Wednesday and Friday).
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Turn data into actionable insights that will drive PlanetArt business growth
- Create reports and dashboards, to monitor progress on strategic goals across all PlanetArt brands
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems
- Analyze patterns and trends using statistical tools
- Use tools to extract data from various sources
- Prepare management reports on trends and predictions
- Analyze mktg. channels performance and drive ideation of the promotional tactics
- Assist with preparing advances analytics, and design and implementation of ML modeling solutions
- Work closely with channel and product owners to identify key questions, problems, KPIs and develop analytical frameworks to drive understanding of campaign performance
- Be the in-house business expert on Redshift data across all brands
Requirements
What You Should Have
Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements
- 3 + years of experience required in data analytics
- Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting
- Proficiency with SQL is required
- Knowledge of database systems, data access, and supporting services
- Experience working with Visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI
- Experience with analytics, product analytics, or quantitative analysis.
- Advanced Excel knowledge (pivots, lookups, power queries within Excel)
- Proficiency in Python
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or other Digital platforms is a plus
- Experience with building and deploying ML tools is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-departmentally
- Bachelor’s Degree required

Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $120,000 annual salary + bonus.
