Challenge Financial Services is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Assistant Administrator to join our team. As a leading indirect auto finance company in the Southwest region, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers. With over $80,000,000 in outstanding receivables under management, we strive to maintain our position as a trusted financial services provider.

As an Assistant Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the administrative functions of our company. You will work closely with the Administrator to ensure smooth operations and efficient management of our day-to-day tasks. Your responsibilities will include handling correspondence, organizing and maintaining company records, and assisting with various administrative duties.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as handling correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining records
  • Provide support to the Administrator in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel arrangements
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Respond to inquiries, both internal and external, in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline administrative procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office administrator
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus
