Challenge Financial Services is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Assistant Administrator to join our team. As a leading indirect auto finance company in the Southwest region, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers. As an Assistant Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the administrative functions of our company. You will work closely with the Administrator to ensure smooth operations and efficient management of our day-to-day tasks. Your responsibilities will include handling correspondence, organizing and maintaining company records, and assisting with various administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as handling correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining records
- Provide support to the Administrator in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Respond to inquiries, both internal and external, in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline administrative procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office administrator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus
