We are excited to find a dedicated Network Attorney who is eager to provide valuable legal insights in the fields of estate planning, business formation, special needs planning, and asset protection law. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a wide range of clients, each with their unique legal needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer specialized legal counsel to clients concerning estate planning, business formation, special needs planning, and other pertinent areas of law.
- Draft crucial legal documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and other paperwork necessary for estate planning and business formation.
- Assist clients in creating and implementing strategies designed to protect and preserve their assets.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Arkansas State Bar and in good standing with the State Bar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, and related areas of law.
- Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable.
- Existing private practice.
- Membership to state bar in adjacent states, beneficial.
