Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Arkansas State Bar and in good standing with the State Bar.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, and related areas of law.
- Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable.
- Existing private practice.
- Medicaid planning is a plus
- Reciprocity with adjacent state is a plus
