Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Phoenix is hiring for our Service Coordinator role! The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing daily service and installation operations and activities. The Service coordinator will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction via strong customer relations, high quality service and efficient scheduling, strong organization and overcoming service, scheduling and installation obstacles.
*Experience in the construction world is not required but is a huge plus!*
*The Service Coordinator will be in person, M-F, at our Phoenix office!
- Handle customer complaints and service calls quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships
- Have a strong working knowledge of all aspects of installation
- Schedule and coordinate service calls of all natures which would include plumbing (cartridges, showers heads, handhelds). May also include flooring repair, wall repair, minor drywall repairs
- Manage Service Technician schedules
- Create work orders for materials needed and work to be completed.
- Will require great communication with Sr. Production Manager and Service Technicians.
- Keep data and notes up to date in scheduling software
- Upload service tickets and photos into CRM
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors when needed
- Take escalated customer calls and coordinate with management for resolution
Compensation is $22/hr + depending on experience
Requirements
- 2 years + of customer service experience
- Proficient in CRM software, MS Office & Outlook.
- Able to effectively relate and communicate with all levels of employees and clients.
- Must be dependable - must demonstrate thorough follow-up and responsiveness
- Strong team player
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations
- Must possess the ability to remain calm and composed while effectively communicating with customers.
- Experience in HVAC/Plumbing Dispatching preferred.
