Summary of Position:

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by contacting and qualifying potential customers. Key responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, and scheduling product demonstrations for our Account Executives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, target-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Attend and actively participate in sales team meetings
  • Set personal sales goals and contribute to team strategy development
  • Research potential prospects and generate new leads
  • Engage potential customers via phone and email to introduce company offerings
  • Schedule qualified prospect demos for Account Executives
  • Prepare and send tailored quotes and proposals to targeted prospects
  • Utilize CRM and sales software to manage the sales process efficiently
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate prospect information
  • Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented office environment

Requirements:

  • Basic college degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets preferably within home services, legal and/or healthcare verticals
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly articulating value propositions to prospects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM and sales software programs
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales situations and close deals successfully
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of identifying challenges and providing effective solution
  • Experience SalesForce.com required, including managing leads, tracking progress, and generating reports
  • Required to work onsite at our Phoenix, AZ office, Monday through Friday

The total compensation range for this opportunity is $100,000 - $107,000 plus benefits. This target compensation range is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive and is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience and location.
