Location: Phoenix, AZ

Hours & Schedule: Full-Time

Salary / Hourly Rate: $110,000 - $120,000/year

Bonus Offered: Percent of collections

Job Summary:
The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant in OB/GYN provides advanced clinical care in obstetrics and gynecology. This role involves autonomy in patient diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management, ensuring the reproductive health of women across their lifespan. A commitment to patient-centered care and effective communication is essential.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine women's health check-ups, including PAP smears, breast exams, and STD screenings.
  • Diagnose and manage gynecological conditions such as infertility, menopause, and gynecological cancers.
  • Perform minor procedures under the supervision of an obstetrician/gynecologist.
  • Provide prenatal and postnatal care, managing high-risk pregnancies with physician support.
  • Support effective pain management during childbirth and assist in low-risk deliveries.
  • Educate patients on preventive care, contraceptive options, and pre/post-surgical processes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records with detailed patient assessments and outcomes.
  • Engage in professional development to stay current with advancements in OB/GYN care.
  • Adhere to all medical practice regulations and ethical standards to ensure patient safety.

Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:

  • Completion of an NP/PA program in the USA (excluding Puerto Rico).
  • 1-2 years of experience in women's health/OB-GYN settings.
  • Active or eligible for an AZ State License.
