Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding Deca Technologies products, services, and policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction rates.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues or product inquiries.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance their experience.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and to gather feedback on their experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or semiconductor industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to learn about semiconductor technology and products to better serve customers.
