Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding Deca Technologies products, services, and policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues or product inquiries.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance their experience.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and to gather feedback on their experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or semiconductor industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to learn about semiconductor technology and products to better serve customers.
