As a Brand Ambassador, you will act as the face of our company, promoting our sustainable energy solutions and engaging with potential customers in various retail and community settings.
Your role will involve interacting with customers directly, educating them about the benefits of renewable energy options and generating interest in our products and services. You will be responsible for representing Universal Energy Solutions with passion and professionalism while demonstrating our commitment to a sustainable future.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers at events, in-store promotions, and community activities to promote our brand and products.
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive experience for potential clients.
- Communicate the benefits of renewable energy solutions effectively, addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Generate leads and capture customer information for follow-up by the sales team.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create impactful promotional materials.
- Attend training sessions to stay informed about product offerings and industry trends.
- Gather feedback from customers to help improve marketing strategies and customer engagement efforts.

Requirements
