Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift in Wisconsin

We are adding a Production Supervisor, for our 2nd and 3rd shift team. The person in this role will direct the department to ensure production and quality standards are met. Key results in this role include but are not limited to controlling of costs, maintaining training records and performance evaluations, and maintaining of safety record for the department. The ideal candidate is an organized, analytical, problem-solver with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.

We have an opening for a Production Supervisor on 3rd shift, at our Port Washington, WI location.

The Production Supervisor leads employees to safely produce our customer’s product to the appropriate quality standard in a manner consistent with customer expectations and KTP’s policies and procedures. This includes production efficiencies, waste control, human resource, safety, and quality concerns or issues. 3rd shift hours for the Supervisor are 10:30PM to 7:30AM, Monday through Friday.
