EMC Test Engineer in Washington

Cascade Engineering is looking for EMC Test engineer who can support product EMC (Electromagnetic Compliance) testing. The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include

• Performing EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) tests required for the high-tech consumer electronic products
• Determining the correct test setup/equipment and measurement methods
• Ensuring that the tests are performed correctly
• Trouble-shooting test setup and product EMC issues
• Capturing and analyzing test data
• Creating report and completing the necessary regulatory paperwork

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 2+ years experience as EMC test engineer.

• The candidate should have a working knowledge of RF principles, EMC testing and design and EMC regulatory requirements.
