Shared Living Coordinator

Waypoint is looking for an experienced Shared Living Coordinator in our southern Maine region.  If you have supported Shared Living Providers and members using this service please reach out for an interview.  We have a dynamic team with fantastic support from management and the community.  We are looking to expand this service and need people who want to grow with us.

This position is based out of our Springvale office and covers primarily York County and some Cumberland County areas.  

The Shared Living Coordinator is responsible for on-going support and monitoring of the Shared Living Providers (SLPs) and the services provided.  The Coordinator is the providers’ primary point of contact for Waypoint, offering them guidance and information to successfully support the individual(s) for whom they are providing services.
