SchooLinks is looking for a candidate to own the operations processes and influence the company KPI’s by leading this cross-departmental unit. Reporting directly to the CFO, and directly enabling other department leaders, the goal is for this person to ultimately run the operations team. The primary responsibilities consist of running our quoting and contracting desk, improving the architecture of our Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring we are maximizing our efficiency and capitalizing on the features of Salesforce CPQ, processing our renewals pipeline, identifying sales trends from salesforce data, and analyzing the performance of our different Go To Market functions to improve the company outcomes.
