Parallel Employment is seeking a multi-skilled Maintenance Facility and Tech to ensure that our facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the functionality and safety of the facilities to support our operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various types of machinery and equipment
• Handle repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general building maintenance
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner

Under the direction of the Facility Manager, this position requires hands-on experience in general facility maintenance and troubleshooting techniques. Work may include general building repairs, patching/painting of various surfaces, as well as the potential to assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of critical and non-critical mechanical and/or electrical machinery located in the interior and exterior of the building. Because this position comes with the possibility of internal advancement, basic knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical systems is preferred.
