RMC is hiring a Help Desk Representative to support our Navy customer at the Washington Navy Yard (WNY) in Washington, DC, and occasionally in Bethesda, MD. The selected applicant will be expected to provide Tier 0, 1, and 2 IT and cybersecurity support services to address issues with end-user computers, ancillary devices, printers, and software. Job responsibilities include:
- Correcting faults, improving performance, and supporting the availability of the WNY RDT&E Network.
- Maintaining the functionality and capability of WNY end users and customers.
- Providing Enterprise Service Desk/User Support services to include reporting and metrics, spillage, and incident handling reporting.
- Conducting computer and IT troubleshooting, imaging and computer rebuilds, token and account management, and cybersecurity preventive maintenance.
