• Create and maintain a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment in our facility
• Coordinate repair schedules with maintenance technicians
• Monitor work order backlog, assign work orders, and prioritize tasks to ensure that all equipment is functioning optimally at all times
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance activities to measure success and identify areas for improvement
• Foster strong relationships with equipment vendors to ensure timely delivery of replacement parts and equipment
• Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve production processes and reduce downtime
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and communicate findings to management

Position Summary: The Maintenance Planner is responsible for maintenance and engineering support functions, performing/managing plant betterment projects to include but not limited to; planned OEM project planning and execution, vendor and contractor oversight, as well as subject matter expert for plant Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) programs & upkeep.
