K-8 Lead Teacher SY 24/25 (Bronx, NY) in New York

Lead Teachers meet regularly with their grade-level team members and other collaborators in order to address planning curriculum, analyzing data, organizing and developing family communication, discussing and implementing academic and behavior intervention, and academic learning goals for all students. They are responsible for content instruction in mathematics, English Language Arts, and social studies, and social-emotional learning.

• Pre-k thru 5th grade Campus 7:45am - 3:40pm, Wednesday 7:45am - 5:00pm
• Kindergarten thru 8th grade Campus 8:10am - 4:10pm, Wednesday 8:10am - 5:10pm
• Pre-k thru 8th grade Campus 7:30am - 3:25pm, Wednesday 7:30am - 4:45pm

K-8 Lead teachers will work in Integrated Co-Teaching classrooms, collaborating with a Special Edication Co-Teacher who is certified in special education. Lead Teachers also work closely with Interventionists who provide special education services, and other academic support service providers.
