Nurse Practitioner Neonatology in Arizona

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Neonatology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of neonatal physiology and pathophysiology, as well as experience in providing care to critically ill newborns.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to critically ill newborns in a Level III NICU
• Collaborate with neonatologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Perform physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications
• Educate parents and families about neonatal conditions and treatments
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in nursing from an accredited university
