Talent Trak is seeking a highly skilled and responsible Property Manager for an established company in the Bessemer, AL. area. Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of assigned properties. Property Manager will also handle anything related to leasing, eligibility, occupancy, maintenance, grounds care, lease enforcement, and property appearance. The role operates with a high level of autonomy, with broad objectives and performance expectations provided.
